While I’m highly integrative in my approach to models of therapy,

the core of my therapeutic practice is focused on providing a healing, engaging, playful, and often humorous, therapy relationship with clients, that aims to promote insight and positive change, so they can start or deepen their healing journey, and to start living the life they dream of.
